From Space: Specialist Edition is a top down shooter where Earth is invaded by dangerous pink aliens. You join a special team sent to stop the invasion and protect towns from growing enemy attacks. The campaign takes you across streets, factories, laboratories, suburbs, and other locations where alien forces continue to spread. Many missions include rescue tasks, defensive objectives, and battles against large groups of enemies before moving to the next area.

Players can select from several specialists before starting a mission. Every specialist has unique weapons and useful combat abilities. During battles you can use assault rifles, shotguns, rocket launchers, flamethrowers, miniguns, and many other weapons to stop incoming alien forces. Turrets, barbed wire, mines, and explosive barrels can also help defend important positions. Ammunition and health supplies must be collected while moving across the map because long missions contain many enemy attacks from several directions.

The Specialist Edition includes the main game together with bonus downloadable content that expands the available equipment and character options. The campaign can be played alone or with up to four players in online cooperative mode. Working together helps teams protect important areas, complete mission goals, and survive larger alien attacks. New enemy types appear during later missions, including stronger creatures with powerful attacks that require careful teamwork and good weapon selection. Success depends on quick movement, accurate shooting, and proper use of every specialist’s abilities during combat.
