Touho Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost – Mega Bundle is a rhythm action game based on the Touhou Project series. The game has two main modes. Story Mode follows Reimu Hakurei as she tries to rebuild Gensokyo after its destruction. Free Mode allows you to play rhythm stages without story content.

The gameplay combines rhythm mechanics with bullet dodging. Some stages work like music rhythm games where you hit notes coming down lanes at the correct time. There are 4 lanes or 6 lanes depending on difficulty. Other stages require you to dodge bullets while tapping notes. In Story Mode, Reimu has lost her memory and must perform the Danmaku Kagura ritual to remember the past. She meets other characters and learns about what destroyed Gensokyo. There is a lot of reading between rhythm stages.
