SaGa Frontier 2 Remastered brings together the stories of two protagonists, Gustave and Wil. Gustave is the heir to a royal lineage, while Wil is a young excavator. Their paths, though set in the same era, are vastly apart. Gustave deals with national conflicts, whereas Wil faces a looming global threat. As their stories unfold, they merge into a single historical narrative.

The game introduces a “History Choice” system, allowing players to select events and assume the roles of various characters.
