Ready or Not: Digital Deluxe Edition is a tactical first-person shooter (FPS) PC game set in the fictional city of Los Sueños. The player takes command of an LSPD SWAT team that responds to high-risk situations including hostage incidents, active bomb threats, barricaded suspects, and other violent criminal activities.

The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the base game plus three DLC packs: Home Invasion, Dark Waters, the Official Soundtrack, and the Boiling Point DLC. The Home Invasion DLC features three new missions, three new weapons, six new pieces of gear, and seven colour variants for clothing. The Dark Waters DLC has three new missions set off the coast of Los Sueños involving international criminals and terrorists, along with five new weapons and two new gear sets. The Boiling Point DLC has three new missions centred around a terror attack crisis in Los Sueños.

As SWAT Commander, the player builds a team from a large roster of officers, each with different skills. Officers have a mental health status that must be monitored. If mental health deteriorates, officers may not perform well or may leave the force. If an officer is seriously harmed in a mission, they may be temporarily or permanently unavailable.

The player can customise weapons and gear before missions using the headquarters training facility. Cosmetic items such as clothing, patches, and tattoos are unlocked by completing notable actions during missions.

Ready or Not: Digital Deluxe Edition supports single-player and online co-op. It has 56 Steam Achievements and supports 12 languages including English, French, German, Korean, Japanese, Russian, and Polish. The game has received Mostly Positive reviews on Steam overall.
