📚 Timberborn Overview

Timberborn is a PC city-building and colony simulation game set in a world where humans have gone extinct. The earth has been ruined by droughts and toxic waste. Now, intelligent beavers have taken over and the player must help a beaver colony survive and grow.

The player can choose between two beaver factions: the Folktails, who are nature-friendly, and the Iron Teeth, who are industrial and mechanical. Each faction has its own unique buildings, technology, and way of playing.

A key feature of Timberborn is the season cycle, which includes wet seasons, dry seasons, and toxic seasons. When droughts hit, rivers dry up and the land becomes difficult to farm. The player must plan ahead by storing enough food and setting up water systems to keep the colony alive during these difficult times.

The game has 3D water physics and terraforming. The player can build dams, floodgates, aqueducts, canals, and tunnels using explosives. The terrain can be reshaped as needed. Timberborn also has a unique vertical building feature, where lodges and workshops can be stacked on top of each other. Beavers can move around quickly using ziplines and tubeways.

Wood is the main resource and can be used to build water wheels, lumber mills, engines, and pumps. Metal is also needed for advanced buildings and must be collected from old ruins. The player can also build mechanical bots that work non-stop and can be sent to risky areas.

Timberborn includes a built-in map editor and supports mods via Steam Workshop. It has 59 Steam Achievements, supports 15 languages, and has received Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam.

⚙️ Installation Instructions

We have simple instructions for downloading and installing the Timberborn torrent game on your Windows operating system. The procedure is the same for all Windows operating systems. Before proceeding, ensure that your system meets the minimum system requirements to play the Game.

You must have zip file extracting software and torrent software installed on your PC. If you do not have these two software programs installed on your PC, then you will first need to download and install the two software programs on your PC before following the steps.

You can use any zip file extracting software and torrent software, (We recommend "WinRAR" and "qBittorrent" Software). WinRAR / 7-Zip / µTorrent Classic / qBittorrent (64-bit) / qBittorrent (32-bit).

Follow the simple instructions:

1. First, click on the "Torrent Download" button, and download the torrent Timberborn.zip file on your PC.
2. Right-click on the Timberborn.zip file and click on the "extract here" option from the dropdown menu.
3. Double click on the .torrent file. Then, choose the download folder.
4. After Download Completed, Open the Timberborn Game folder.
5. Double-click on the Setup.exe file.
6. Follow the on-screen installation wizard to install the game on your PC.
7. You may need to provide administrator permissions for the installation to proceed. If asked, click Yes to continue.

If you get any missing dll errors or the game is not launching, then Download Redist File and install all programs available in the "Redist" folder.
