📚 Yerba Buena Overview

Yerba Buena takes players into a surreal puzzle-platforming adventure set in the 1970s San Francisco. You play as Barb, a young woman who lives as an NPC in an abandoned gameworld. The city of San Francisco faces a threat from a sinister plot, and it is up to Barb to save it. With the help of a mysterious device called the Oscillator, players can manipulate the gameworld in unique ways.

The game introduces a ground-breaking “Copy and Paste” mechanic. This allows players to apply the movement and physical traits of objects onto others. For example, you can give a table the bounce of a trampoline or send entire buildings across city blocks. This mechanic offers a variety of ways to interact with the environment and solve puzzles.

In Yerba Buena, players will also track down a dangerous gang of bikers with superpowers.
