Unbearable introduces Claudia, a former reporter who embarks on a mission to uncover the secrets of the psychiatric hospital “Milagros.” This hospital holds a dark and macabre story that Claudia is determined to investigate. Along her path, she encounters individuals with similar goals and others who pose obstacles. The game allows players to explore a gritty narrative inspired by survival horror games from the PS2 era.

Players can choose to experience the story alone or with a friend in split-screen cooperative mode. However, it is important to note that co-op mode requires two controllers, as it cannot be played with a mouse and keyboard. This feature allows players to team up and tackle the challenges that lie within the hospital.
