The narrative follows Jack and the Blood Maidens, who are reincarnations of fairy tales, as they attempt to escape this grim setting.

After reaching the surface, Jack and the Blood Maidens encounter Massacre Pink amidst a sea of blood and corpses, shattering their hopes. This encounter splits the group, scattering Jack and the Blood Maidens along separate paths. Despite their separation, they remain drawn to the devouring Jail that ominously floats in the sky. This setting serves as the backdrop for the finale of the Blood Maidens’ tale.

Mary Skelter Finale includes Mary Skelter: Locked Up in Love – True End and Locked Up In Love – Blood High as part of its Deluxe Edition. These were previously available as downloadable content in earlier versions of the game.
