The character of Katia is voiced by Stefanie Joosten, known for her role as Quiet in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The game features a soundtrack composed by Hiroki Kikuta, recognized for his work on SECRET OF MANA and SOULCALIBUR V.

The game offers over 10 hours of puzzle-solving gameplay, with multiple endings based on the player’s actions. Players must work closely with Katia, using body language to communicate and collaborate on solving intricate puzzles. This interaction is central to the gameplay, as Katia speaks a fictional language, making non-verbal communication essential.

Last Labyrinth is developed by a team of veteran Japanese developers who have previously worked on iconic titles such as ICO, The Last Guardian, Shadow of the Colossus, Puppeteer, and the Doko Demo Issyo series.
