The game introduces various challenges, including the risk of being charged with embezzlement if players steal money from valuables sold to vendors. The presence of police in the town adds another layer of complexity. Crows frequently visit the garbage, adding to the chaotic environment. Conversations with the townspeople provide amusement, and the game features fewer bugs compared to its predecessor, Drink Milk Directly.
