Bloody Ink is a game where players step into the shoes of Luca, a man who has lost his job and is struggling to survive. His life takes a turn when he gets a job that seems promising but soon turns into a nightmare. The job requires him to care for a man who has been completely burned. Luca moves into the man’s house, where he faces real terror.

As players explore the house, they must take care of the burned man and uncover the mystery behind the fire that claimed his wife. The game challenges players to collect items and clues to understand how these events are connected to Luca. Darkness is a constant threat, and staying in illuminated areas is crucial for survival. The Time Man is another danger, constantly hunting Luca.

Bloody Ink features psychological mechanics such as fear, voice interaction, and madness. The game is set in the universe of Lost Alone Ultimate and includes photorealistic environments. Players can explore the house and the surrounding forest, encountering puzzles and story-related jumpscares that are intricately woven into the narrative.

The game introduces a unique mechanic where the sounds players make influence the gameplay.
