Sumerian Six is a real-time tactical stealth adventure game that follows the Enigma Squad. This team of commandos is made up of the world’s greatest scientists. They are on a mission to thwart the plans of Hans Kammler, a former squad member who now works with the Nazis. Kammler aims to use a mystical substance called Geiststoff to create an ultimate weapon.

The game takes players across multiple continents in their quest to stop Kammler. Players will work alongside allies like Rosa Reznick, an exiled chemist, and Wojtek the Werebear. Another key ally is Siegfried von Adelsberg, an esoteric psychoanalyst. Each member of the team has unique abilities inspired by their fields of expertise, which players must master and chain together for effective combat.

As players delve deeper into the Nazi plot, they will encounter occult-scientific weapons and ancient Sumerian artifacts. These elements are linked to Kammler’s plans and add layers of complexity to the missions.
