📚 Monterey Jack Overview

Monterey Jack is a survival horror game where you play as Gordi, a high school student searching for his missing friend Mikey inside an abandoned cheese factory. The factory was once a family funhouse but now hides something dangerous. You encounter Monterey Jack, a seven-foot-tall cheese monster who was the factory’s former mascot. He has become twisted and now hunts you relentlessly.

The main danger is Monterey Jack himself. He talks while hunting you and makes jokes during the chase. He listens to the sounds you make and learns from how you play. If you hide in lockers too often, he will start checking them. If you run frequently, he recognizes the noise. He becomes smarter and more aggressive as time passes because he remembers your habits. This creates tension as you must change your strategy constantly.

You also face cheese zombies that Jack controls. These enemies have weak spots, so you need to aim carefully when fighting them. You can use weapons like slingshots, nail guns, and kitchen knives. The slingshot can stun Jack briefly but does not stop him permanently.

The factory contains many areas to explore. You move from chapter to chapter, visiting new sections. You collect clues, unlock items, and discover what happened to the factory and why it closed. You also learn about the history behind Monterey Jack and his transformation.

The game has multiple endings depending on your actions and what you discover. There is also a survival mode where you try to last as long as possible while Jack hunts you. Your survival time appears on online rankings.
