Escape from Ever After is an adventure RPG game for PC. It takes inspiration from the classic Paper Mario games. The story is set in a fairytale storybook world where a real-world company has taken over.

Ever After Inc. is a greedy megacorp from the real world. They have entered storybook worlds to use cheap labor and take resources for profit. They want to take over as many storybooks as possible. Flynt has no option but to get a job at the company and fight back from the inside.

Flynt teams up with his former enemy Tinder. Together they climb the corporate ladder to stop Ever After Inc. The story is a satire of capitalism and corporate culture. It uses humor and fairytale settings to tell this story in a fun and colorful way.

The game has many storybook worlds to visit. Players can explore a noir murder mystery and also face Lovecraftian monsters. The game moves between very different types of stories and tones. This gives players a wide and varied experience as they play.

The combat in Escape from Ever After is inspired by Paper Mario style battles. Players can also recruit other disgruntled storybook characters to help in the fight.
