Hell of an Office is a first-person platformer game set in the fiery depths of Hell. Players find themselves trapped in an infernal office after signing a contract with the Devil. In Hell of an Office, players will explore HellO, the largest office supply company in the underworld. This company is home to peculiar characters and bizarre office spaces. Interacting with new companions reveals their stories of how they ended up in Hell. However, players must stay vigilant as Mr. Stapley, the manager-stapler, is always watching.

The game is divided into ten layers of Hell, each offering unique mechanics. Players will learn to rocket-jump, dash, and use a necktie-hook to overcome office hazards. Navigating between portals and avoiding the eternal lava adds to the complexity of the levels. Mastering these mechanics is crucial to reaching the end-portal before the surroundings are consumed by flames.

Hell of an Office also includes a Level Editor, allowing players to design and customize their own levels. This feature provides endless possibilities for creating new challenges.
